The first step is to contact us and schedule a feasibility study of your site, as well as discuss your project goals. Our team can assess your property's potential for subdivision and development. We’ll consider zoning, overlays, and council requirements to determine the number of dwellings you can have on your block and their size.

The timeline can range from 8 to 18 months from designing the initial townhouse concept to completing all necessary permits (including town planning and building permits). We'll provide a detailed project timeline once we understand your specific site and brief.

All our designs focus on efficient, livable, and desirable layouts. We consider factors like maximising natural light, providing adequate private open space, and working with you to incorporate features that appeal to your target buyers or renters in the Victorian market. We will also work with you to keep to your budget while maintaining quality.

All multi-unit developments in Victoria will need a Town Planning Permit from the local council. This permit ensures that your proposed development complies with local planning schemes and neighbourhood character. As part of our building design packages, we can prepare and manage your town planning application for you.

We incorporate various sustainable elements in our  townhouse design, such as having your unit’s designs oriented predominantly to the north, incorporating solar systems for heating and cooling, efficient natural ventilation, and double-glazing windows, among others!
