Lewis Building Design was founded by Justin Lewis in 2005. Growing up on the Mornington Peninsula, Justin developed a passion for graphic design and a love for beautiful homes from a young age.

Besides being involved in local communities and events, Justin has travelled extensively throughout Victoria, exploring a diverse range of building landscapes. In his travels, he enjoyed looking at neighbourhood homes, appreciating how each home has its own character and charm that complemented the owner's style and taste.

With the birth of his first daughter, Justin saw two opportunities: to spend more time with her in those precious years as a work-from-home dad, and to realise his passion for designing new homes and spaces for local families.

With that, Lewis Building Design was created.

Our milestones

Our building design company in Mornington has achieved several milestones since we started, including expanding our team and moving into a new office. Today, Lewis Building Design is managed by Justin as the company's Director and his wife, Kirsty. We’ve built a network of trusted builders, consultants, and council representatives who we work closely with on all our client projects.

More importantly, we’ve helped hundreds of homeowners build their dream homes and upgrade their existing spaces with a tailored, boutique service.
