Yes, you will always need a Building Permit. However, a Planning Permit is not always required for new homes, as it can depend on various factors (i.e. a change to the structure or foundation of the home). Our team can guide you through both processes and prepare the necessary documentation.
We can do a site analysis early in the process to identify any heritage, bushfire, flood, or other planning overlays. We will then design specifically to meet these requirements for your new homes. Our Director & Principal building designer, Justin Lewis, has extensive experience in working with council overlays.
